Resources that are added to the CCOG Clearinghouse will receive a Promise Recognition which is a digital emblem awarded to educators and organizations whose practices, policies, or programs have been recognized as a Practice of Promise, Policy of Promise, or Program of Promise for their success in closing opportunity gaps in California. This recognition signifies a commitment to equity and excellence in education.


Recipients can display their Promise Recognition on their email signature, website, or other professional materials to highlight their achievement and ongoing dedication to creating inclusive and impactful educational environments.

Submission Process

 

 

We are looking for practices, programs, and policies that close the opportunity gap. We are seeking a range of resources that focus on the whole child including academic, social emotional, behavioral, and college and career readiness. 

 

You need to be original or current copyright owner of the content, or you need to have permission from the original or current copyright owner. If you are not the original author, we will ask you to share documentation of permission, such as an email or written statement, when you are submitting your resource to the Clearinghouse.

The resources will be peer reviewed by a panel of experts in the topic and scored based on the following rubric:

If you are a current faculty, staff, or student in the California State University system, you can use your current InfoReady account from your campus. Select CSU User Weblogin then select your campus from the dropdown menu. Use you Single-Sign On for your campus to login to the system.

If you are outside of the CSU (even if you have another InfoReady account at your campus), you will need to create a new account in order to access the submission form.

Yes, you can save your progress on your application and return to it at any time. You also have an option to download a PDF of your draft application.

You will receive an email verification of your submission along with a copy of your responses.

The CCOG Grant Manager will review your submission to verify completeness and reach out if there are any question. The submission will then be assigned a team of peer reviewers based on the topic. Recommended applications will move on to the CCOG Co-Directors for a final review.

This process may take up to a few months and applications will be reviewed in designated cycles during the year. We appreciate your submission and patience with our review process.

If your submission is accepted for the CCOG clearinghouse you will receive one of our three badges above to acknowledge your critical work.
